I'm Julia Lisboa, a design lead with 10+ years across brand identity, marketing design, and creative teams. I'm into pretty things, profitable things, and the systems that keep both from falling apart.
I joined PostPilot as founding designer, back when “the design process” was mostly me, a brief, and whatever context survived the handoff.
Today, I lead a 17-person design team producing 75+ designs a day across high-volume DTC work. So it's safe to say I care about taste, but I also care about the less glamorous things that keep design from falling apart: briefs, QA, handoff, file structure, feedback loops, and giving designers what they need to do good work without guessing.
I like design that survives real life. The kind that still works after approvals, print specs, client feedback and testing, and still looks good when the file name is design_final-final_NOW-use-this-one_v7.psd.
Built the design function behind thousands of high-volume DTC campaigns, from first designer to a 17-person team.
